From the South:

Come into Fresno on State Highway 99. At the southern edge of the city, take the State Highway 41 North. Travel north to the Shaw Avenue Exit. At the top of the ramp, turn left and go west through 5 signals. (They are the freeway, Blackstone, Maroa, Palm, and Fruit). About one block before you come up to the 6th signal (West Ave.), you will turn right at the "Channing Court" office complex sign. Link Care is at 1734 W. Shaw Ave., behind the Channing Court complex and Lyon's Restaurant.

From the North:

Take State Highway 99 into town. Exit on Shaw Avenue, go left (East) through an extended shopping business district. Turn left at the first opportunity after the "West Avenue" intersection. This will be the entrance to the "Channing Court" office complex. Link Care's address is 1734 W. Shaw Avenue, which is directly behind the Channing Court complex and Lyon's Restaurant.

Air Arrivals

Fresno Yosemite International Airport is a major airport with direct Jet Service to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Dallas, and Seattle. It is served by Delta, American, America West, United, or their regional feeders. Upon arrival, you will need to take a taxi to Link Care Center. Give them the instructions, along with the address, and say that it is close to the "Shaw - West" intersection. The fare is approximately $25.00, including tip. Once you arrive, follow the instructions given to you by the intake administrator.
